The Felicia High-Low Hem Blouse is a pirate and Renaissance-inspired women's top made from 100% Rayon fabric. It offers a soft, durable feel that is similar to Cotton and is easier to maintain.
This blouse features a flow-y high-low hem with one side longer than the other, 3/4 sleeves, and an adjustable shoulder design that can be worn on or off shoulder. The elastic and drawstring at the shoulders make it easy to switch between a sexy off-shoulder look and a more casual draped fit. The band-like shape below the elbows and bust is created without elastic, helping the sleeves stay gathered and the bust area stand out.
